Before Your Appointment

- Confirm the name on your ID matches your documents
- Have payment ready (cash, PayPal, Venmo, or business check)
During the Appointment
- We verify each signer's identity
- We review the document(s) for notarization readiness
- Signers sign in the notary's presence
- We complete the notarial certificate and apply our seal
- We record the transaction in our notary journal
After the Appointment
- You receive your notarized documents immediately
- We are available if you need additional copies or follow-up assistance
